Romesh is a commercial lawyer at DH Professional Corporation, providing strategic business and legal advice to help clients make better business decisions. Having completed advanced courses in negotiation and dispute resolution, Romesh represents clients in complex business negotiations.
Currently a director of the Toronto chapter of the South Asian Bar Association, Romesh started Epicentre Ventures to create opportunities for Asian companies to work with American and Canadian professionals to either enter the North American market or attract international investment
An alumni of Colombo International School, Romesh holds an LL.B. from the University of Windsor and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Guelph.

With living and professional experience across North America, Asia Pacific, Australia, South Asia and Africa, Razy is a highly adaptable globally experienced creative and collaborative leader with over 10 years of digital design, management consulting, retail banking and wealth management industry experience.
Razy graduated from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce with a BSc. in Finance & Management, and holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business where he graduated with distinction.

Sampada is the Associate Director of Program Marketing at Skills for Change, managing corporate partnerships and media relations for the organization. Sampada has over 10 years directing corporate and strategic communications and how effective stakeholder engagement strategies leads to broader success.
Before Skills for Change, Sampada directed the communications process for the Ontario Medical Association, a Canadian medical organization comprising of over 22,000 physicians. In this role, Sampada was the speechwriter for the President of the OMA for over 6 years.
Sampada has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario and a post-graduate degree in Communications from George Brown College.

Manish Nayar is the Managing Partner of OYA Solar, an experienced solar developer which has developed, engineered and structured over 200MW of operating Solar PV projects in North America. Bringing together 15 years of venture capital, investment banking, management and manufacturing experience, Manish is responsible for OYA’s strategic growth into international markets.
Manish was formerly with the investment banking group at Merill Lynch where he focused on corporate finance, M&A and restructuring of companies in the diversified industrials group. Manish was also the former Chief Executive Officer of a global tier 1 supplier of powertrain and transmission components to the automotive and heavy equipment industries.
Manish holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management with majors in Analytical Finance and Strategy as well as a B.E.Sc in Computer Engineering and a B.Sc in Applied Mathematics from the University of Western Ontario. Manish is also a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario.

Suthamie Poologasingham is a Senior Advisor, Digital and Omni-channel and Director of Research at J.C. Williams Group. Suthamie has worked some of Canada’s most prominent retailers on e-commerce and strategy, including Souris Minis, Nutrichem, the Toronto International Film Festival, and Canada Post. Suthamie helps clients understand online consumer behavior and retail and online strategies that most effectively drive sales in North America. Suthamie has a practical understanding with her operational expertise having built and managed the implementation of online sites and e-commerce stores.
She has also worked with leading REITs in Canada’s real estate industry including Cadillac Fairview, 20 VIC and McArthurGlen. Suthamie’s research and advisory services have informed policy decisions for the Ministry of Agriculture in British Columbia, Industry Canada and Agriculture and Agri-food Canada.
Suthamie has a Computer Science Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College in the U.S. and a Masters of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business in Canada.

Mark Radhakrishnan is a Co-Founder & Brand Economist at Strata Insights, combining econometrics and behavioural science to create transformational strategies and ecosystems that leverages ‘brand’ as a driver of business performance. Mark’s place in the ‘strategy value chain’ is near the beginning, proactively quantifying the brand and business implication of a specific decision or market positioning in advance.
Before founding Strata Insights, Mark co-managed the North American office of Brand Finance, a UK-based brand valuation consultancy, where he led the division to become the most valuable and fastest growing. Mark has led brand and business strategy initiatives for notable global brands including Facebook, NYSE, GE, to name a few. Mark also played an vital role in revamping the Global Commerce Strategy for the Canadian Government for the previous administration.
Mark possesses an MBA in Finance and a Masters in Marketing from the University of Newcastle as well as a Bachelors of Commerce in Finance.
